Clear your mind and break through blocks with a meditative yoga practice and journaling exercises.
– Intro to Journaling for Self-Discovery
– 15 Minutes Journaling Time for Clearing Minds
– 45- 60 Minute Yin Practice with inspirational readings throughout.
– 20 Minutes Responsive Journaling Time
The yoga is beginner friendly and excellent for experienced yogis who need to touch base with the softer side of their practice. The writing is unstructured and completely individual. There will be no required prompts or sharing what we wrote. This is an afternoon designed to help people clear some space in their minds and break through any mental, emotional or creative blocks they are experiencing. Hope to see you at The Backspace.
